Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times, including while playing, eating, or using the toilet.
Adults must not leave the premises during a session unless another supervising adult is present and actively responsible for their child.
Our staff are here to assist, but we are not responsible for supervising your child.
While every effort has been made to create a safe environment, Tiny Town Play Café cannot accept responsibility for accidents, injuries, or bumps that may occur through normal play.
Children will naturally explore and occasionally take a tumble — supervision is key to keeping them safe.

Do not climb up the slides, or on the netting or sides of the play structure.
Shoes must be removed in all play areas, including soft play, the baby mat zone, and role-play houses.
Socks must be worn at all times by both children and adults.
No rough play, hitting, pushing, or throwing toys is allowed.
Please ensure your child plays kindly and fairly with others.
Any swearing, shouting, or abusive behaviour (from children or adults) will not be tolerated and may result in being asked to leave.
We promote kindness, inclusion, and respect — please treat everyone equally, regardless of background, identity, or beliefs.

No outside food or drink is allowed in the café or play areas.
This is to prevent spills, slips, and exposure to allergens
Hot drinks must remain on café tables at all times.
If you wish to bring a hot drink into the play area, you can request a safety cup with a secure lid.

If your child has been unwell, please wait 48 hours after the last symptom (e.g. vomiting or diarrhoea) before attending.
If a child becomes unwell while on-site, you will be asked to leave immediately for the safety of others.
Nappy changing and potty use must only take place in the baby changing facilities within the toilets — not in the café or play areas.
Please use bins provided to dispose of nappies and wipes hygienically.

Please keep an eye on your valuables — Tiny Play Café is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
