Got Questions? Everything You Need to Know Before Booking
How much setup time do we get, and when should our guests arrive?
You receive early access to the venue exactly 20 minutes before your party’s official start time to set up any personal touches or greet your vendors. We kindly ask that your guests arrive precisely at the scheduled start time.
What happens at the end of the party?
Your 1.5-hour slot includes your pack-away time. To ensure fairness to the slots booked after you, the room must be completely vacated at the exact end-time of your booking. Our team will handle all the heavy cleaning—you just need to collect your personal belongings, gifts, and leftover cake!
Can we bring our own decorations and balloons?
Yes! You are welcome to bring freestanding decorations, table displays, balloon hoops, and banners.
What is strictly prohibited?
To keep our beautiful role-play village in premium condition, we do not allow anything to be fixed to our walls. Strictly no tape, Blu-Tack, pins, or heavy adhesives are permitted. Additionally, to protect our toys and flooring, face paint, body glitter, and confetti are strictly banned inside the venue.
What ages is the play village designed for, and how is the room configured?
Our role-play town is curated specifically for toddlers and young children up to 7 years old. Older siblings are welcome to attend as guests, but the play equipment is sized for early years.
How are the tables set up?
For Package 1 (Picnic Lunch Box), we automatically arrange low-level children’s picnic seating so the kids can eat together. For Package 2 (The ‘No Food’ Party), we maintain an open, maximum-space floor plan so families have the absolute most room possible to mingle and play freely.
Can we bring our own food or outside catering?
Because we are a fully operational café, outside food, external catering, and drinks cannot be brought into the venue for standard private hire bookings.
Are there any exceptions?
The only exception we make is for exclusive, full-day venue hire. If you are looking to book Tiny Town for the entire day and wish to bring your own external catering, please contact us via email to discuss your requirements and see what options are available.
Is your café counter open during our event?
Yes! Our kitchen counter remains fully staffed throughout your private hire. Your guests can purchase our full menu of specialty coffees, loose-leaf teas, iced drinks, fresh cakes, and snacks directly from our café.
The remaining balance of your party package must be cleared in full 7 days prior to your event date.
