About Us

Welcome to our play cafe, where fun meets learning! Created by two friends who understand the joys of parenthood, our space is designed for children to explore, play, and grow while you take a well-deserved break. Enjoy a cozy atmosphere with delicious treats and watch your little ones thrive in a safe, engaging environment. Join us for a delightful experience that nurtures both kids and parents alike!

Our play cafe sessions provide a safe and welcoming environment where children can explore, play and learn, while parents and carers relax and enjoy quality refreshments

Party Bookings and Private Hire

Party Packages

 

Package 1: Picnic Lunchbox Party – £250

  • 1.5 hours of play in our role-play and soft play area.

  • Exclusive use of the whole downstairs, including music (your guests only, maximum 35 people including children and adults).

  • Picnic lunchbox meal provided for up to 10 children. Each lunchbox includes:
    • A sandwich (choice of jam, cheese, or ham)
    • Two snack (choice of biscuits, crisps and fruit)
    • A drink (choice of Fruit Shoot or a carton of juice)

  • Additional children can be added at £5 each (for an extra lunchbox).

Package 2: Bring Your Own Food Party – £200

  • 1.5 hours of play in our role-play and soft play area.

  • Exclusive use of the whole downstairs, including music (your guests only, maximum 35 people including children and adults).

  • Guests bring their own food.

  • Drinks, cakes, and counter treats will be available to purchase during the party.

  • If you would like the kitchen kept open (self-serve sandwiches or jacket potatoes for adults), please let us know. This can be arranged as a separate option.

Party Rules and Guidelines

To keep our parties safe and enjoyable for everyone, we kindly ask that all guests follow these rules:

 

  • Birthday cakes and decorations are welcome, but no hanging decorations inside the soft play area.

  • Face painting is not permitted as it can damage the equipment.

  • The soft play area is designed for children under 5 only. Older siblings are welcome in the role-play areas, but not in the soft play.

  • Please take care of all toys, play equipment, and belongings.

  • If rules are not followed, we may unfortunately need to close the party early.

How to Book

  • To book a party, please email us at hellotinytown@outlook.com

  • Parties are available on Sundays only.

  • There are two time slots:
    • Morning Party: 10:30 am to 12:00 pm, with set-up from 10:00 am.
    • Afternoon Party: 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm, with set-up from 12:30 pm.

  • We ask for at least 2 to 3 weeks’ notice before your preferred party date.

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • Once your booking is confirmed, your chosen time slot will be reserved for you.

Our Rules

At Tiny Play Café, we’re committed to creating a fun, safe, and respectful environment for all families. Please take a moment to read and follow our rules to ensure everyone has an enjoyable visit.

Supervision & Safety

  • Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times, including while playing, eating, or using the toilet.

  • Adults must not leave the premises during a session unless another supervising adult is present and actively responsible for their child.

  • Our staff are here to assist, but we are not responsible for supervising your child.

  • While every effort has been made to create a safe environment, Tiny Town Play Café cannot accept responsibility for accidents, injuries, or bumps that may occur through normal play.

  • Children will naturally explore and occasionally take a tumble — supervision is key to keeping them safe.

Parking

  • The multi-storey car park next to the Play Café is the closest option.

  • This car park is charged, but:

  • Disabled parking spaces are free.

  • Parking is free on Sundays.

  • There is also off-street parking nearby, free of charge.

Accessibility​

  • Our venue is all on ground level with step-free access.

  • We have a disability-accessible toilet.

  • If anyone in your party uses a wheelchair, please let us know in advance so we can make sure everything is ready for your visit.

Public Transport

  • The main bus routes into Kingswood High street stop about a five minute walk from us.

  • From Bus Stop there is ramp access leading directly to our venue.
